This BH EXPRESS Private Limited Shipment is accepted by BH EXPRESS Private Limited by its agents subject to the terms and conditions set out hereunder.
The shipping company (carrier) is not responsible if the goods get lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed during transit.
The risk and responsibility stay with the sender (shipper).
If something happens to the goods, the shipping company will not provide compensation unless the damage is clearly proven to be due to their negligence (and sometimes not even then, depending on the contract).
Claim must be brought by the shipper for any loss or damage must be in writing within 30days from the date of acceptance of the shipment.
The shipment is not covered under insurance and transported at the consignor's risk entirely.
Any octroi, State tax of duties as may be applicable on this shipment would be payable by the consignee at the time of delivery of shipment. The consignor here by agrees that if the consignee has refused to pay such amount the consignor will pay the duties to the Govt. Body/ BH Express Private Limited. BH Express Private Limited reserves the right of lien on any shipment till all the dues to BH Express Private Limited are paid in full in respect of Freight, Octroi, Duties, Taxes and any other charges. BH Express Private Limited also reserves its right to deal with the shipment as it sees fit including the right to sell the good in order to recover the duties from the consignor. The consignor will undertake to provide documentation required Such, as invoice, gate pass, state and central tax numbers Form 31/32 or any other documents to enable us to clear the shipments expeditiously, BH Express Private Limited will not be responsible for delays and losses due to acts of God force Majeure, occurrence of any case beyond the control of BH Express Private Limited or loss damage caused through strikes, riots, political or other disturbances like-fire, accidents of the vehicles carrying the goods, explosion etc. beyond BH Express Private Limited control.
Limitation of liability: The Liability of BH Express Private Limited for any loss or damage to the shipment Includes documents or parcels is limited to Rs 100 per Shipment or cost of reconstruction whichever is lower. ALL DISPUTES AND CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO NAGARCOVIL JURISDICTION.
We do not accept any dangerous goods. We do not accept jewelers, currency, Liquids, Electronic items, Chemicals, Combustible material, Explosives, Drugs, Alcoholics, Beverages, Antiques, Art Works, Fragile items, Philated items which are not permitted by the laws, rules/restrictions in force. Claim can be made against BH EXPRESS Private Limited beyond this time limit.
The BH EXPRESS website and its content may be changed, deleted, or updated at any time without notice.
All intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property") associated with the BH EXPRESS website and its contents (the "Content") are the sole property of BH EXPRESS. The Content is protected by copyright and other laws in India and other countries. Elements of the BH EXPRESS website are also protected by trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated, in whole or in part.
