We are looking for a Logistic Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. You will manage transportation, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure smooth movement of goods across locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage logistics operations: dispatch, delivery, and route tracking
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery agents
• Maintain shipment records and ensure timely updates
• Monitor fleet maintenance and route efficiency
• Resolve delivery issues or delays
• Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or courier operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
